How To Order

Step1: Create an Account/registration or Sign In

If you haven't opened any account with us, please click Register button in the upper place of our first page to register in our website and create a new account. Make sure to fill your information in the form as detailed as possible, especially pay attention to your contact email address, by which we are going to follow your placed order successfully. If you have had an account at our website, you only need to click 'LOG IN' button with your username and password, and enter into your individual operation window. If you forget the username and password, you can contact with our sales representative to recover them. Note: After you have registered on our website, you would receive an email from our website.

Step2: Place an Order

After Login in, you can start to pick up items among all the dresses on our website.
After decide which dress you want to buy, please choose the color and right size. Of course you can choose to custom your dress as well. If you wish to custom you dress, please fill the right details. See our Size Charts and Measuring Guide for help choosing the best size for you. And then you click the 'ADD TO CART' button alongside the item's photo. Then the item will be added to your shopping cart.

Step3: Check out Orders

After making sure the item in the cart is with the color and size you choose, click the 'GO TO CHECKOUT' button to continue. After this, you could check your shipping address (this is very important to you). If there is any mistake, you can change your information. Choose your shipping method and payment method. Now we accept PayPal and Western Union. Click the 'Continue Checkout' button. And your order has been successes. Your next step is to complete your PayPal payment or Western Union payment and submit your payment details. Of course, you would receive an email of 'Order Conformation'. Note: Delivery Information Please provide a detailed and complete delivery address including phone Number. (If they are different from the account holder's contact information)

Step4: Payment

Upon receiving an email from us containing your order information, please make a reply to us for confirmation. Then we will send you payment information. If you haven't received our reply within 3 days after the order is placed, please contact us by our 'contact us' information listed in our website.

Step5: Delivery of The items

After our account receives your payment, we will start tailoring your dress. Usually this process takes 10-17 working days for Wedding Party & Special Occasion Dresses and Wraps orders, and 16-23 working days for Wedding Dresses orders. Then we will send out the parcel by shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc). The tracking number will be emailed to you after the parcel is delivered.
